If I’m going to be blogging about this journey, I want to be straight-forward and say Self-Sufficient Health is not the following:
*I am not a medical professional and am in no way telling you what to do. I am simply sharing information and experiences. Ultimately, you need to take charge of your own health. Contact your own health professional. This is my disclaimer.
*This is not a place for online badgering, bullying, or disrespect. However, I openly welcome debate and discussion that is respectful in nature of each individual’s viewpoint.
*You will not find me negatively speaking of “big” Ag, as many in the self-sufficient living arena, disagree with it. Personally, my parents are dairy farmers. In our neck of the woods, some would say they are “big” Ag milking 275+/- cows threes time a day. As a result, I like to think I have a unique perspective of today’s agriculture. It’s a perspective that disagrees with every aspect of viewpoints in some form or fashion. In the future, I’d like to share this perspective with you.
Basically, I am just asking that as I begin to share from my heart through prayer, research, and self-experimentation, be real with me. I am going to do my best to keep it real here on this little web space of my own. Mandisa, who is an artist, I like sings a song “What If We Were Real.” Take a listen and let’s apply it right here on Self-Sufficient Health.
